A company is owned through an individual’s verified AIWorkerz login. There is no shared company password. The first release has one accountable company owner.
Each purchased seat gives one person access to one profession course. The same person may receive different profession courses, but cannot receive the same course twice from the same company.
Yes. The company owner can cancel an invitation before it is accepted. The reserved seat immediately returns to the available total.
No. Once accepted, the seat is attached to that learner and course. This protects the learner’s progress and accreditation record.
The owner can see the learner’s email, allocated course, invitation or access status, current day and completed-day count. Private Co-Pilot conversations and draft work are not shown.
The company owner can select Resend. AIWorkerz creates a new secure link with a fresh 14-day expiry without consuming another seat.
The 30-day access period starts when the learner accepts the invitation. Seats can be purchased in advance without wasting learning time.
Contact AIWorkerz with the company name, course and invited email. Never send passwords or invitation links.
