AIWorkerz provides AI-native professional development through simulated workplace programmes. The platform is designed to help learners practise the AI-native version of an existing role and produce evidence for assessment.
These terms govern access to AIWorkerz, including profession packs, simulated workplace environments, Co-Pilot guidance, evidence workflows, assessment and accreditation.
AIWorkerz provides AI-native professional development through simulated workplace programmes. The platform is designed to help learners practise the AI-native version of an existing role and produce evidence for assessment.
Learners remain responsible for their decisions, submissions and use of AI-assisted outputs. AI guidance, generated work products and preliminary reviews are advisory and do not replace professional judgement, employment obligations, regulatory duties or authorised assessor decisions.
AIWorkerz and its licensors own all rights in the platform, profession packs, simulations, scenarios, workplace documents, stakeholder profiles, meetings, inbox items, assessments, rubrics, accreditation materials, videos, badge designs, text, layouts, workflows, software, prompts, Co-Pilot instructions, training methodology, documentation and related intellectual property.
You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, download in bulk, record, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, rent, lend, share, mirror, frame, repurpose, translate, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, train AI systems on, benchmark, or otherwise exploit any AIWorkerz course, profession pack, simulation, content, credential material, software or intellectual property without prior written permission from AIWorkerz.
You must not use AIWorkerz content or workflows to build, assist, improve or market a competing product, training course, assessment system, accreditation programme, simulation, AI agent, dataset, prompt library or professional-development service. Any unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension, termination, revocation of credentials and legal action.
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or confidential third-party material without authority, impersonate another person, submit false evidence or use the platform for illegal, harmful or deceptive purposes.
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under their account. Organisation administrators are responsible for invitations, seat allocation, membership management and ensuring their learners are authorised to use the service.
Paid access is provided according to the product, subscription, extension or entitlement purchased. A 30-day profession pack grants active programme use for the configured period. After active access ends, users may retain account and historical course access, but active programme tools may require an extension or a new purchase.
Accreditation depends on configured requirements, submitted evidence, assessment outcomes and eligibility checks. AI-generated assessment output is advisory unless the relevant workflow permits automated decisions or an authorised assessor accepts it. Credentials may be expired, suspended or revoked where rules, integrity or misuse concerns require it.
AIWorkerz may update features, profession packs, assessment criteria, pricing, integrations and infrastructure. We aim to preserve existing learner records and versioned enrolments where practical, but service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWorkerz is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption, employment outcomes, third-party decisions or misuse of AI-generated outputs.
