Candidate Data (processed on behalf of customers)

- Resume content including employment history, education, and skills
- AI-generated scores, assessments, and competency test responses
- Audio and video recordings where a candidate completes an audio or video competency test
- Communications sent to or received from candidates via the platform

3. How We Use Your Data
To Provide the Platform

- Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law
